TECHNICAL FIELD AND BACKGROUND ART The present invention relates to a device for fixing elongate cable / tube type elements relative to a chassis of a vehicle, which comprises at least one elongate flexible first part designed to slam around and take said element and means designed to fix the first part and thus the named element relative to the chassis, as well as a method for performing such fixing. In this case, the invention is not a load for any specific type of vehicle, and for exemplary purposes only, wheeled motor vehicles, such as trucks or buses, can be named as crawler motor vehicles and trailers. The elongate elements can be, for example, cables for conducting electric current or signal transmission, pipelines for water, hydraulic water and the like. A device of this kind can be used to fix a single such elongate element or a plurality of such elongate elements in a bundle, which is most common, by said first 2 part being moved around the elements and hailing together them fixed relative to the vehicle chassis. For the purpose of the invention which is exemplary but by no means limiting, it is mentioned that there are devices of initially defined kind for fixing elongate elements in the form of cables and tubes to the truck chassis, in which said means comprise various fasteners or brackets attached to the chassis and in which said first part fastgars. These fasteners can in some cases be provided by a so-called cable ladder, and such fasteners can for instance be arranged along the rear part of a truck chassis to guide cables and rudders along the chassis. The number of fasts that can be behaved for said fixation can be relatively high, which generates both a not insignificant weight and cost for such devices, normally one per fast. In addition, such fasteners or brackets may sometimes be in the way of other vehicle parts or their function. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The object of the present invention is to provide a device and a method of initially defined kind, which are improved in at least somewhat relative to previously known such devices and methods. This object is achieved as far as the device is concerned by providing a device of that kind with the features mentioned in the jug-drawing part of claim 1. By designing said means with a second part designed to be emptied into a continuous hall in a chassis part of the vehicle and providing the other party with means for fixing the first part therewith, said elongate elements can be fixed to the vehicle chassis without the use of any fasteners. or brackets, as the actual fixing takes place directly at the said half-provided chassis part. This meant that weight and costs could be saved at the same time as a simple and quick assembly (fixing) of the elongated elements was made possible. According to an embodiment of the invention, said second part is designed to be compressible by cradles of a named hall at insertion dari to be welded into said hall via potential energy stored by the compression. As a result, said second part can be quickly and easily welded into a named hall of a chassis part. According to a further development of the latter embodiment, said second party has portions which participate in defining its outer contour for insertion into a named hall and which are formed compressible by half-axes against a center axis of said hall while storing potential energy. In this case, the said parties can e.g. be heavy, spring-like elements which are forced to feed against said center axis upon insertion of the other part into the tail and thereby store potential energy. Said second part may advantageously be made of plastic material. According to another embodiment of the invention, said second part has a skull with a larger diameter than a named hall, the other party is designed to be inserted into, and the skull is designed to act as a counterweight and abut against a second hall fixed in a named hall. said hall surrounding chassis part portions on the opposite side of said chassis part towards the team of elongate elements held by the first part. By designing the other part in this way with an appearance reminiscent of a short bolt and the use of said head as an anchor, a simple inexpensive device with low space requirements in use is obtained. According to another embodiment of the invention, the device has means designed which, when the first part is pulled around the said element, automatically snap into successive welding layers the more the first part is pulled. In this case, the first part can have a band-like design, and it can thereby have a cable-band-like design with a plurality in its longitudinal direction of successive transverse welding chambers which define said successive welding layers. As a result, the fixing and assembling of the elements taken against each other and against the said chassis part is easily and quickly carried out. In doing so, the first party is in favor of plastic material. According to another embodiment of the invention, the said parts are integral with one spirit of the elongate flexible first part connected to the second part, which facilitates the handling of the device. According to a further development of the latter embodiment, the second party has said means for snapping in with corresponding means of the first party when passing the first party through an opening of the other party with its free spirit first. Consequently, the free spirit of the first party is forced back into the second party after it continues around the elements it is to be fixed to form a loop around it, which is narrowed by tightening and said snapping. According to another embodiment of the invention, the said parts are separate parts, and the second part has parts for threading the first part around for fixing it to the second part. According to a further development of this embodiment, the first party has said means for snapping in with corresponding means on itself when passing a spirit of the first party through the first-mentioned means while forming a loop surrounding a said element. In this embodiment, the first part is thus drawn in a loop which is held at the other part and thus at the chassis part by being threaded around parts of the other part and the first part is read by itself in a drawn snap-in layer. According to another embodiment of the invention, said second part is designed to be slammed into a hall in a frame of a vehicle chassis. Fixing said elongated cable / tube type elements to a vehicle chassis frame via a slide in this frame meant the possibility of quick, simple and cost-effective fixing of said elements. The object according to the invention is achieved with regard to the method by providing a method according to the appended independent method patent claims. The advantages of carrying out such a method are apparent from the above description of the device according to the invention. The invention also relates to a use of a device according to the invention for fixing elongate elements of cable / tube type relative to a chassis of a vehicle and a vehicle comprising such a device. Additional advantages and advantageous features of the invention will become apparent from the following description. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The following is an exemplary embodiment of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a device according to a first embodiment of the invention in an inert state; Fig. 2 is a relative to Fig. 1 enlarged perspective view of a part of the device according to Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 are simplified perspective views illustrating the device according to Fig. 1 in an active fixing layer, Fig. 5 is a perspective view of a part of a device according to a second embodiment of the invention, Fig. 6 is a perspective view of the device according to the second embodiment of the invention in an active view, and Fig. 7 is a perspective view of the device according to Fig. 6 in an active fixing layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION A device 1 for fixing elongated cable-type elements relative to a chassis of a vehicle according to a first embodiment of the invention will now be described with reference simultaneously to Figs. 1 and 2. The device has an elongate flexible front. part in the form of a belt 2 with a cable-like configuration with a plurality in its longitudinal direction of successive transverse welding chambers 3. The band 2 is integral with a second part in the form of a plug-like part 4 by being connected thereto with a first spirit 5. The plug-like part 4 is designed to be inserted into a through-going hall in a chassis part of the vehicle and is designed to be lockable in the tail and is for this purpose designed to be compressible by cradles of a named hall by having portions 6 in the form of participating axes in defining its outer contour for insertion into a named hall and which are formed compressible by half-grooves against a center axis of said hall while storing potential energy. For this reason, these portions 6 of the plug-like part are made of plastic material with this property, and the whole device 1 is molded in a single piece of the same plastic material. The plug-like part 4 further has a skull 7 with a larger diameter than a named hall. The plug-like part is designed to be inserted into. This skull 7 is designed to function as a counterweight and via surfaces 8 of the skull when fixed in a named hall. abut against said hall surrounding chassis part portions on the opposite side of said chassis part against the layer of elongate elements held by the belt 2 (see also Fig. 4). The plug-like part 4 has means in the form of welding chambers 9 for snapping in with corresponding means in the form of the welding chambers 3 of the belt 2 when passing the belt 2 through an opening 10 of the plug-like part with a second, free spirit 11 of the belt first. In this case, the plug-shaped part 4 has a hall 12 passing through the opening 10 which opens into the skull 7. The operation of the device shown in Figs. 1 and 2 will now be explained with reference to Figs. 3 and 4. When elongated elements of cable / tube type 13 are to be fixed relative to a chassis of a vehicle 14, the belt 2 is fastened with its free spirit 11 first through a hall 15 of a chassis part in the form of a frame 16 and the plug-shaped part 4 while compressing the portions 6 to abut the surface portions 8 of the skull 8 against the frame 15 surrounding frame portions. As a result, the plug-like part 4 is fixedly loaded in the frame tail 15 and thereby relative to the vehicle chassis. Then the band 2 is passed around the elements 13 to be fixed and with its free second spirit 11 back into the opening 10 in the plug-shaped part 4 and pulled through this opening while pulling the thus formed loop around the elements 13 until these are held together and against frame 16. In this layer, as illustrated in Figs. 3 and 4, the belt 2 hails the elements 13 by snapping the welding chambers 3 of the belt 2 with the welding chambers 9 of the plug-like part 4. A device according to a second embodiment of the invention is shown in Figs. 5-7, and the parts thereof corresponding to parts of the first embodiment have been continued with the same reference numeral 9 as an appendix. In this embodiment, the plug-like part 4 and the band 2 'are separate parts, and the plug-like part 4' has two openings at its end 17 'opposite the skull 7' for penetrating the band 2 'around portions 18' inside the plug-like part, so that both opposite spirits of the band protrude from the plug-like portion at the spirit 17 '.
